of Sale:
We cannot guarantee that your puppy/dog will be show or breeding quality, nor can we guarantee
the size that the puppy will be full grown! We do NOT sell to pet stores, brokers or puppy mills!!! All puppies will
be sold with limited AKC registration and a spay/neuter contract. Full registration must be pre-approved.
Puppies must have our
kennel name on their registration papers "KaMi's".
Deposits/Payments:
We do require a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to hold your puppy,
in the form of a postal money order OR Paypal (plus 3.5% fee). WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS! We must receive your deposit
within 3 days of placing the puppy "Sale Pending". If we do not receive a deposit within that time frame, the puppy will be
listed "Available". I spend alot of time emailing you with information and pictures about the puppies, as well as talking
with you on the phone; this is all very time consuming. I feel it is important to reassure you of my credibility and sincerity.
I feel that by the time you place a deposit, you are 100% sure about purchasing a puppy from us. Therefore, I will NOT refund
or transfer any deposits or payments simply because you changed your mind !! The deposit is given in good faith that you are
sincere about purchasing the puppy. When I recieve your deposit for the puppy of your choice, I consider that puppy sold and
no other inquires can be made on a puppy with a deposit. There will be no refunds/transfers of payments OR deposits! The balance
is due by the time pups are 7 weeks of age to arrange shipping. We must receive the balance BEFORE shipping or delivering
any puppy!
What We Provide:
We strive to produce healthy, quality puppies. Our puppies receive
their first set of shots at 6 weeks old, been de-wormed, and also come with a Vet certified health certificate
confirming your puppy is healthy. We give a One Year Health Guarantee to all puppy buyers!
We do NOT sell puppies until
they are at least 10 to 12 weeks of age and have been seen by our vet. We will be glad to give our Vet's information
as a reference!
Shipping:
We ship with Continental Airlines out of Detroit Metro Airport
(DTW). Shipping is an additional $250 fee. When your puppy is shipped, he is shipped in a new crate to your nearest international
airport (usually you can pick up in the baggage office). Please have your ID and flight information with you when picking
up your puppy, and please be on time and have Nutrical on hand. We ship within the US and CANADA only! We do not ship to any
other countries due to quarantine periods! The shipping price includes airfare, new crate, health certificate, and gas costs.

Chihuahuas is confident that the dog/puppy has been delivered to you free from health problems.
If the puppy is sold
as a pet/companion . All pet quality puppies will be sold with limited AKC registration and a spay/neuter contract.
Full registration must be pre-approved.
Before puppies are sold and leave for their new homes, they are examined by
our vet, recieve ONE set of booster shots (5-IN-1 VACCINE), come with a vet certified health certificate if being
shipped, puppy food and puppy items to start you off!
Full registration rights means the puppy seems to be of breeding/show quality at
the time of sale. However different things can happen as the puppy grows that would disqualify it for breeding/show purposes.
The breeder does not guarantee that the pup purchased will be successful in a breeding/show program. Full AKC registration
gives the buyer the right to breed/show the puppy when breeding/show age. The breeder highly recommends that the puppy when
breeding age be examined by a Veterinarian to be assured the dog would be good health to whelp or sire puppies.
The buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy checked by a Veterinarian of their choice.
If your Vet finds anything wrong with the pup that you are uncomfortable with, you may return the pup along with the Vet statement
for a full refund.

(Hypoglycemia is not covered in our guarantee)
THE BUYER SHALL MAINTAIN THE PUPPY IN GOOD CONDITION, INCLUDING ADHERENCE TO A REGULAS
IMMUNIZATION SCHEDULE, HEARTWORM PREVENTATIVE, GOOD DIET, AND CLEAN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
By purchasing a puppy from KaMI's Chihuahuas, the buyer indicates that he/she has read,
agrees and understands this contract.
